This project is to design a complete system for a hypothetical Kern Conference in 2020, including choosing a city, formulating conference identity according to city characteristics, making conference manuals and badges, and set the system so that it can be applied to collaterals.

I chose blue and orange as the main colors to express the beautiful night of Chongqing. It also expresses the integration of different styles of buildings in Chongqing in a way of ups and downs and stacked in layers, which shows the unique landscape of Chongqing.

The role of a keynote speaker is literally to set the “key note” for the conference or event. They are responsible for the establishing the basic tone and tenor of the gathering that resonates through the event.I've selected some artists who are highly specialized in typeface and typography, as well as using some of the selected work in the booklet to give readers a glimpse of their design style.

With the two ideas I have now, I found it is nice if i just combine them to create a new direction, so I start to work on making ton of different possibilities.
